To assist us in providing you with a thorough service, please complete and return the below Booking Sheet and Contract for Service Agreement. The Swimming Pools Act 1992 requires us to provide you with a Contract for Service Agreement prior to any inspection being conducted. This document must be signed by the Swimming Pool Certifier and the pool owner. A Real Estate Agent acting on behalf of the pool owner is not permitted to sign the Contract on behalf of the pool owner.
The questions you answer below will be relevant to the type of swimming pool safety inspections we will conduct on your swimming pool and pool barrier. If you are not able to answer some of the questions below, you may need to consult with your local council.
Eg: when construction of your swimming pool commenced.
Upon receipt of the booking sheet and signed Service Agreement, we will contact you to confirm a suitable appointment.
