PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYING FOR A SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION

If the time of initial inspection was within 6 weeks (42 days) from you trying to book a subsequent inspection please proceed with payment and we will contact you within 48 hours.

Important to note:

If however you do not fall within this time and the issues of concern were fixed after 6 weeks (42 days) from the initial inspection we are unable to provide a subsequent inspection (as previously stated in the signed service agreement).

NSW legislation states that if non-compliant issues are not rectified within 6 weeks from the initial inspection – the non-compliant issues must be forwarded to the local authority council. This being the case you will need to contact your local authority council and arrange a subsequent inspection. Your local authority will check if you have rectified all issues from the initial inspection – and if they have been achieved it is your local authority who will provide a certificate
